• Once a project is in progress, cancellations are not allowed.
• If cancellation is requested before the work starts, we may offer a partial refund after deducting processing fees.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If the payment was made in error, and the request is made within 24 hours.
Refunds are NOT applicable if:
• The project has already started or been delivered.
• The client changes their mind or no longer needs the service.

Processing of Refunds
